Section 20-28 -- Fire Control

a. Each car must have built-in fire extinguishing equipment, but it cannot be of the dry powder type (must be 1301 freon) All entrants must have in their pits, at all times, a fully charged fifteen (15) pound capacity dry powder fire extenguisher or its equivalent showing a current inspection certificate.

b. Drivers must, at all times, wear driving suits that effectively cover the body from neck to ankles and wrists. Suits must be manufactured from fire resistant material.
