a. Tie rods, drag links and component parts must be heavy duty. Heim joints not permitted on any steering linkage.

b. Interchangeable pitman arms may be used.

c. Center-top of steering post must be padded with at least two inches of resilient material.

d. Racing type steering wheels allowed if approved by NASCAR. The use of universal joints in steering shaft not permitted.
