Section 20-29 -- Fire Control

a. Each car must have built-in fire extinguishing equipment, but it cannot be of the dry powder type (must be 1301 freon). All entrants must have in their pits, at all times, a fully charged fifteen (15) pound capacity dry powder fire extinguisher or its equivalent showing a current inspection certificate.

b. It is recommended that at all times drivers wear driving suits of fire resistant material that effectively covers the body from neck to ankles and wrists.
