Section 20B-9 -- Intake Manifold

a. Aluminum and other high performance intake manifolds are permissible.

b. All intake manifolds must be NASCAR approved and must be readily available to all competitors.

c. Polishing or enlarging of port holes in intake manifolds is permissible.

d. Adaptor not to exceed one inch in thickness may be installed to allow proper installation of one four-barrel carburetor, and carburetor adaptor must be made a permanent part of the intake manifold.

NOTE: Positively no Hi-Ram intake manifold permitted. All intake manifolds must be submitted to NASCAR for approval. NASCAR will not approve any super high performance manifolds.
