1974 NASCAR International Stock Car Racing Rule Book Limited Sportsman and Hobby Divisions Section 20D-2 -- Eligibility

a. Drivers who compete in the Limited Sportsman division will not be permitted to compete in the Hobby division and no driver competing in the Hobby division will be permitted to compete in the Limited Sportsman division.

b. Car owners must be registered in their respective division.

c. All drivers, car owners and mechanics must be registered members of NASCAR in good standing.

d. Drivers from these divisions may be advanced to a higher division on notice from NASCAR.
