1974 NASCAR International Stock Car Racing Rule Book Limited Sportsman and Hobby Divisions Section 20D-26 -- Seats

a. Bucket seats are mandatory, but must be factory manufactured and NASCAR approved. Positively no homemade aluminum, plastic or fiberglass seats allowed.

b. NASCAR-approved padded head rest mandatory.
