Section 20A-1 -- Competing Models

COMPETING IN OTHER GRAND NATIONAL DIVISIONS
(Winston Cup and Winston West Excluded)

1. COMPETING MODELS

a. Races are open to steel bodied 1971, 1972, 1973, 1974 models of American-made passenger cars production Compact or G. A. cars available to the general public.

b. Eligible 1971, 1972, 1973 and 1974 cars:

AMERICAN MOTORS--Hornet, FORD--Mustang
Javelin MERCURY--Cougar
CHEVROLET--Chevy II, Camaro, OLDSMOBILE--Omega
Nova PLYMOUTH--Valiant, Barracuda
DODGE--Challenger, Dart PONTIAC--Firebird, Ventura II

Grand American cars competing in this division must conform to all Grand National Division rules except as follows:

NOTE: For AeroWarriors.com users, Grand American Cars are governed by the same rules as the NASCAR Grand National Championship Division, with the exception of this Section, and the following:
Section 20A-2 -- Engine
Section 20A-3 -- Engine Mounts
Section 20A-4 -- Minimum Weight
Section 20A-5 -- Frames
Section 20A-6 -- Ground Clearance
Section 20A-7 -- Wheels
