1974 NASCAR International Stock Car Racing Rule Book Grand American Cars Section 20A-3 -- Engine Mounts

a. Motor mounts must be reinforced.

b. Engine may not be moved forward or aft from original position.

c. All motor mounts must be securely bolted.
