Winged Car Price Guide

The pricing guide that follows is based on one originally published in the April-May, 1999 issue of The Hightailer, the newsletter of the Daytona-SuperBird Auto Club. The prices here have been updated as of May, 2008.

The values listed below are for cars in #2 - #3 condition. That is, a decent solid driver needing some cosmetics on the low end, to a show and shine winner on the top end. Cars should have a numbers matching drive line. True #1 condition cars would be higher, i. e. one restored to concourse or reference restoration condition. Most #1 cars would fall under the category of "too nice to drive" and are not included here. On the other end, rusty or project cars would not be included in this list either. However, significant parts are listed if missing would affect value.

Price guides are simply that - a tool to get you in the ballpark. Certain cars with certain options, color combinations or significant histories may be worth more. Reference original cars cost more.
